Claire enjoys a diverse career as a performer, music educator, arranger, composer and arts administrator. As a very active performer, particularly through the medium of chamber music, Claire has presented in conferences all over the country and has performed on international stages including France, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, and China.
Originally from Nice, France, Claire completed a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music degree from the School of Music at Cal State University, Fullerton. Prior to her studies in America, Claire graduated from the Nice and the Monaco Conservatory.
Claire recently completed her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami with a doctoral cognate in Music Business. Claire was the teaching assistant in clarinet and the winner of the 2019 Frost Wind Ensemble Concerto Competition.
Gaby Castro completed both her Bachelor and Masters of Music degrees at the School of Music at Cal State University, Fullerton, where her primary teachers were Burt Hara, Hakan Rosengren, and Margaret Worsley. She has played in several masterclasses for elite performers and pedagogues such as Yehuda Gilad, Anthony McGill, Alexander Fiterstein, Mark Nuccio, and Nathan Williams. In addition to her work with Four Play clarinet and freelancing in Los Angeles, Gabriela runs Musicians Prime, a platform that teaches musicians about leveraging music video through educational content and documented experiences via YouTube videos.
While studying under Dr. Julia Heinen and earning her BM from Cal State Northridge and her MM from UCLA with Gary Gray, Shaniee Kennedy has performed all across the US. As Miss Malibu Coast 2016 and Miss California Icon 2014, she promoted her platform of keeping quality music education in schools and the importance of live music. Shaniee now is the head Music Director of Bishop Alemany High School and works alongside her brother to start the marching band.
Stephanie Peterson is a clarinet/bass clarinetist from Minneapolis, MN. She is a 2017 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, MN, with a degree in music performance. In addition to studying with Minnesota Opera Orchestra clarinetists Karrin Meffert-Nelson and Nina Olsen, she has also performed in masterclasses with prominent clarinetists such as Burt Hara and Lawrie Bloom. She is currently bass clarinetist for the Mankato Symphony Orchestra and has a YouTube channel devoted to popular hip-hop/R&B bass clarinet covers.
